Issue & Facts in the Appeal: Vehicle along with goods of Rs. 4267300.00 in Question was coming back from exhibition place at Greater Noida to unit at Sahibabad (Ghaziabad), eWay Bill was generated for the Vehicle No. UP14CT8266. While the impugned goods was being transporting through all together different Vehicle No. UP14DF2870. Neither the Transporter updated the vehicle number upon the portal nor intimated to the assessee regarding change of vehicle number. Hon’ble Addl. Commissioner (Gr-2) Appeals, Noida vacated the order of AO and deleted the penalty u/s 129(3). (in favour of the Appellant)
